30-day money-back guarantee

If it is the wrong size, or simply not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. You choose: a full refund, or a free size swap.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or that come back smelling of smoke, perfume or pets.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
Send the parcel back and give us the tracking number.
Once it arrives we process your refund or send the replacement.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of the parcel arriving with us. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to show it.

Return shipping cost

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we pay the return shipping. For a change of mind or a size swap, you cover the return postage.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is longer than this and does not replace or limit your statutory rights. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email before the 14 days are up.
